Mahindra Finance ESOP trust transfers shares to employees

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that its Employees' Stock Option Trust transferred 52,743 equity shares of the company on September 29, 2025. These shares were transferred to 36 eligible individuals who exercised their vested stock options under the Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited Employees' Stock Option Scheme – 2010.

Significant transfers included 5,910 shares to Prashant Gadkari, 5,474 shares to Vishal Agarwal, and 3,456 shares to Pradyumna Shinde. Other notable transfers included 3,491 shares to Vivek Tripathi and 3,300 shares to Punj Prakash. The smallest individual transfer was 318 shares to Banke Singh B.
