LIC announces senior management retirements effective September 2025

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has announced the superannuation of two senior management personnel, effective September 30, 2025, after the close of office hours. This disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The retiring officials are Sudhakar Ravindranath, executive director (marketing/product development), and Shrawan Kumar, zonal manager (in-charge) of the Patna Zonal Office.
