Last Mile Enterprises shareholders approve key auditor appointments, director re-election

Last Mile Enterprises Limited (formerly Trans Financial Resources Limited) held its 30th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2025, via video conference. The meeting saw the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, and the declaration of a dividend for the financial year 2024-25. Shareholders also re-appointed Dharmendra Naranbhai Gohil as a director, who retired by rotation.

Further key resolutions included the appointment of M/S HSK & CO LLP as the statutory auditor for five consecutive financial years, from 2025-26 to 2029-30. Additionally, M/s. A. Shah & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, was appointed as the secretarial auditor for a five-year term, covering 2025-26 to 2029-30. The meeting concluded with chairman Hemrajsinh Vaghela thanking members for their participation.
