Insolation Energy subsidiary expands solar portfolio with 11 new SPVs

Insolation Energy Ltd. announced on September 30, 2025, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated eleven new step-down subsidiaries. These subsidiaries, including DVJG Green Infra Private Limited and GDRV Green Infra Private Limited, are special purpose vehicles (SPVs) established to set up solar power plants. Each SPV has an authorized share capital of INR 1,00,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of INR 10 each, fully subscribed by Insolation Green Energy Private Limited.

The new SPVs will focus on various aspects of the solar industry, including power plant development, erection, installation, construction, operation and maintenance, and consultancy for renewable energy power plants. This includes design, supply, testing, and commissioning, along with comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) of Rooftop Solar (RTS) photovoltaic power projects. The incorporation of these SPVs is a related party transaction as they are promoted by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy.

As of their incorporation date, September 30, 2025, the SPVs have yet to commence business operations, with no turnover to report. All entities are incorporated in India.
