HUDCO reports strong loan sanction, disbursement growth

Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) announced strong business performance for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company achieved provisional loan sanctions of Rs.92,709.60 Crore for the half-year, against a total loan sanction target of Rs.1,27,952 Crore for financial year 2024-25. These figures are subject to audit.

Furthermore, HUDCO reported provisional loan disbursements of Rs.25,838.45 Crore for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, also subject to audit. This includes Q2 FY 2025-26 disbursements totaling Rs.13,026.19 Crore, representing a robust 43.55% growth over the Rs.9,074.26 Crore disbursed in Q2 FY 2024-25. The announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
