Hampton Sky Realty expands into hospitality, appoints new leadership

Hampton Sky Realty Limited, formerly Ritesh Properties and Industries Limited, held its 38th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2025. Key outcomes included the appointment of Kavya Arora as managing director and Ketki Gupta as joint managing director, both for a three-year term commencing August 14, 2025.

The company also appointed M/s HDSG & Associates as statutory auditors and M/s MZ & Associates as secretarial auditors for five-year terms. A notable strategic move involved altering the Memorandum of Association to expand operations into the hospitality industry.
