Gujarat State Petronet to review Q2, half-year financials

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd. (GSPL) has announced that its board of directors will convene on November 11, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI regulations, GSPL also notified the closure of its trading window. The trading window will be closed from October 1, 2025, until November 13, 2025. This restriction applies to all designated persons and their immediate relatives, as defined under the company's code, to prevent insider trading.
