Greaves Finance issues ₹25 crore in NCDs at 10.50% interest

Greaves Finance Limited (GFL), an NBFC subsidiary of Greaves Cotton Limited, has issued and allotted listed, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) totaling ₹25,00,00,000. The issuance consists of 2500 NCDs, each with a face value of ₹1,00,000 and bearing a 10.50% interest rate.

The debentures were issued on a private placement basis to A.K. Capital Finance Limited. This intimation was made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
