Genus Power approves dividend, reappoints directors at AGM

Genus Power Infrastructures Limited, in its 33rd Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2025, approved its audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. The company declared a dividend of Rs. 2.45 per equity share with a face value of Re.1 for the same financial year.

Shareholders re-appointed Mr. Ishwar Chand Agarwal and Mr. Rajendra Kumar Agarwal as directors. Both individuals retired by rotation and were eligible for re-appointment. The company also ratified the remuneration for its cost auditors for the 2025-26 fiscal year.

Additionally, M/s. ARMS & Associates LLP, company secretaries, Jaipur, were appointed as the secretarial auditors. The meeting also approved the payment of commission to the executive directors and managing directors.
