Data Patterns promoter Rekha Rangarajan adjusts pledged stake

Ms. Rekha Murthy Rangarajan, a promoter of Data Patterns (India) Limited, has disclosed a "Release of pledge (Off-market)" transaction between September 22 and 26, 2025. This action affected her overall holding in the company, which is listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Before the transaction, Ms. Rangarajan held 106,49,948 shares carrying voting rights, representing 19.02% of the total share/voting capital. Additionally, 28,21,066 shares were encumbered (5.04%). Following the release of pledge, 22,45,703 shares were released, constituting 4.01% of the total share/voting capital.

After the acquisition/sale, her holding of shares carrying voting rights remains at 106,49,948 (19.02%), while encumbered shares have reduced to 5,75,363 (1.03%). The total holding, including shares carrying voting rights and encumbered shares, now stands at 1,12,25,311, representing 20.05% of the total diluted share/voting capital of Data Patterns (India) Limited.
