CFF Fluid Control wins Indian Navy P75 project equipment order

CFF Fluid Control Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the procurement of various equipment for the P75 Project from the Material Organisation (Indian Navy). The total value of this order is approximately INR 11.69 Crores, inclusive of tax.

This domestic contract is for the supply of equipment for the P75 Project, with delivery expected by March 2026. The announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company clarified that neither the promoter nor promoter group has any interest in the entity that awarded the contract. Furthermore, the transaction does not fall under related party transactions and is executed at "arm's length."
