Bank of Baroda announces internal audit leadership change

Bank of Baroda has announced an update to its senior management personnel and functional heads, effective October 1, 2025. Mrs. Singh Kavita has been appointed as the new head, internal audit, taking over from Mrs. Pandey Archana, who is superannuating on September 30, 2025.

Mrs. Singh Kavita brings extensive experience to her new role, holding a masters degree in science and CAIIB, along with over 29 years of experience within Bank of Baroda. Her appointment is part of a regular management transition within the bank.

This disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, ensuring transparency in reporting key changes in the bank's leadership.
