Bandhan Bank ratings reaffirmed by CRISIL and ICRA

Bandhan Bank Limited has received reaffirmed credit ratings from CRISIL Limited and ICRA Limited, as detailed in an announcement dated September 30, 2025. CRISIL reaffirmed the rating for Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth ₹1,295 crore at "CRISIL AA- / Stable" and Certificates of Deposit (CDs) worth ₹6,000 crore at "CRISIL A1+".

Similarly, ICRA has reaffirmed its ratings for Bandhan Bank's instruments. Non-Convertible Debentures totaling ₹75 crore received an "[ICRA] AA- (Stable)" rating, while Certificates of Deposit amounting to ₹3,000 crore were reaffirmed at "[ICRA] A1+". These ratings indicate continued confidence in the bank's financial stability and operational performance.
