XTGLOBAL Infotech concludes 37th annual general meeting, approves key resolutions

XTGLOBAL Infotech Limited successfully held its 37th annual general meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 29, 2025. The meeting, conducted via video conferencing, saw the approval and adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.

Key resolutions passed as ordinary resolutions included the re-appointment of Srinivasa Raju Kosuri and Malireddy Jagannatha Prasad as non-executive directors. Additionally, shareholders approved related party transactions for the financial year 2025-26, the appointment of secretarial auditors and their remuneration, and an increase in the foreign investment limit up to 100%.

75 members attended the virtual AGM, which also featured a question and answer session where the managing director briefed attendees on the company's performance and future outlook. Voting on business items was conducted electronically through instapoll during the AGM.
