Viney Corporation cuts stake in Uravi Defence and Technology

Viney Corporation Ltd. announced on September 27, 2025, the sale of 236,352 equity shares of Uravi Defence and Technology Limited on September 25, 2025. This open market transaction complies with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Prior to the sale, Viney Corporation held 2,443,731 shares, representing 21.51% of Uravi Defence and Technology's total share/voting capital and 19.55% of its total diluted share/voting capital. Post-transaction, the company's holding decreased to 2,207,379 shares, which now constitutes 19.43% of the total share/voting capital and 17.65% of the total diluted share/voting capital. The sale amounted to a 2.08% reduction in voting rights.

Uravi Defence and Technology Limited’s equity share capital is valued at INR 113,600,000, divided into 11,360,000 equity shares of INR 10 each, both before and after the sale.
