Vijaya Diagnostic awaits final order on Medinova merger

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad Bench, reserved its orders on Friday, September 26, 2025, concerning the scheme of amalgamation between Medinova Diagnostic Services Limited and Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. The scheme, which also involves their respective shareholders and creditors, is proceeding on a going concern basis with an appointed date of April 1, 2024.

The NCLT's attendance-cum-order sheet, confirming the "orders reserved" status, has been uploaded to its website. Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited will submit the certified true copy of the order to the exchanges once it is received.

The amalgamation is being handled under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013, and the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016. Hansraj Singh, company secretary and compliance officer, signed the intimation for Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited.
