Updater Services promoter boosts stake with open market acquisition

Raghunandana Tangirala, a promoter of Updater Services Limited, acquired 20,000 additional equity shares of the company through an open market transaction on September 26, 2025. This acquisition was disclosed in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Prior to this transaction, Raghunandana Tangirala held 16,013,579 shares, representing 23.9175% of the total paid-up share capital. Following the acquisition, the shareholding increased to 16,033,579 shares, bringing the total percentage ownership to 23.9474%. This represents a 0.0299% increase in ownership.

The total equity share capital of Updater Services Limited remains at Rs. 66,95,32,410/-, divided into 6,69,53,241 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The shares are listed on both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
