Timken India announces director changes

Timken India Limited has informed the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited about upcoming changes to its board of directors, effective September and October 2025. Avishrant Keshava, a whole-time director, will cease to be a director on September 30, 2025. Following this, Ajay Sood, an independent director, will conclude his tenure on October 1, 2025. Both changes are due to the completion of their respective terms.

The company stated that further details regarding these changes are available in Annexure I of the announcement, accessible on their website. Timken India confirmed that there are no disclosures of relationships between directors relevant to these cessations.
