Tata Communications to power India's GST ecosystem

Tata Communications announced on September 29, 2025, that it has secured a strategic, multi-crore project to deliver a complete digital infrastructure for the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) benches across India. This initiative, supporting the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, aims to reduce legal friction, simplify taxation, and boost investor confidence.

The project involves creating a secure, scalable, and intelligent digital fabric of solutions for GSTAT, encompassing LAN, WAN, SDWAN, video conferencing, cloud services, and advanced security. This infrastructure will automate operations, strengthen transparency, and enhance efficiency by enabling predictive analytics and chatbots, thereby creating a resilient digital ecosystem.

The integrated solution will accelerate GSTAT's end-to-end operations, ensure seamless access nationwide, safeguard data transfer, and deliver a simplified user experience.
