SEPC names Venkataramani Jaiganesh managing director

SEPC Limited's board of directors, at a meeting held on September 29, 2025, approved the re-designation of Venkataramani Jaiganesh from whole-time director (key managerial personnel) to managing director. This change is effective from September 29, 2025, for a period of five years, concluding on September 28, 2030, pending shareholder approval.

The board meeting commenced at 12:00 noon and concluded at 12:50 p.m. Jaiganesh is not related to any other directors of the company.
