Roto Pumps promoter group shareholder sells equity

Shalini Gupta, a promoter group shareholder of Roto Pumps Limited, has disposed of 5,600 equity shares of the company in the open market across two separate transactions on September 25 and September 26, 2025. Each share carried a face value of ₹1/-.

Prior to these sales, Shalini Gupta held 632,643 shares, representing 0.34% of the total share capital. Following the disposal, her individual holding decreased to 627,043 shares, maintaining a 0.34% stake in the company.

Other persons belonging to the promoter group collectively hold 124,894,812 shares, accounting for 66.28% of the total share capital. The overall promoter group holding remains at 66.61% after the sale.
