REA India acquires 5.54% stake in Aurum PropTech via share swap

On September 29, 2025, REA India Pte Limited announced a significant acquisition in Aurum PropTech Limited. Through a share swap, REA India subscribed to 4,242,537 fully paid-up equity shares of Aurum PropTech, each with a face value of INR 5 and an issue price of INR 203.769584. This transaction, completed on September 25, 2025, represents 5.54% of Aurum PropTech’s paid-up equity share capital.

Following the acquisition, REA India's total holding in Aurum PropTech now stands at 5.54% of the total share/voting capital. The equity share capital of Aurum PropTech increased from INR 360,179,230.70 before the acquisition to INR 381,387,474.43 afterwards.

This acquisition was executed as a preferential allotment for consideration other than cash, specifically through a swap of shares.
