Oberoi Realty names Tanu Prasad CEO of malls division

Oberoi Realty Limited announced the appointment of Tanu Prasad as chief executive officer (CEO) of its malls division, effective September 29, 2025. This contractual appointment is subject to the company's employment policy.

Prasad brings over 19 years of expertise in leasing and implementing strategic churn initiatives across various assets within the leasing portfolio. Her areas of expertise include negotiation, business development, strategy, and analytics. Academically, she holds an MBA degree and is an engineer by qualification.

Prior to this appointment, Prasad’s experience included working with a real estate investment trust (REIT) and also with Oberoi Mall, which is a retail arm of Oberoi Realty Limited, indicating a strong familiarity with the company's existing retail operations. No relationships between Prasad and any of the existing directors were disclosed.
