Nirlon announces independent director’s retirement

Nirlon Limited announced the retirement of Sridhar Srinivasan as a non-executive independent director, effective September 28, 2025. Srinivasan successfully completed his five-year tenure with the company, retiring at the closing business hour on the aforementioned date.

The company is filing the necessary forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) as required by regulations. Nirlon Limited has requested the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) to take note of Srinivasan's retirement. This disclosure is made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
