Navneet Education concludes 39th annual general meeting

Navneet Education Limited held its 39th annual general meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. IST, via video conference (VC) / other audio visual means (OAVM). The meeting, chaired by Kamlesh Vikamsey, saw 36 members present electronically, establishing the requisite quorum. Remote e-voting was available through NSDL from September 25, 2025, 9:00 a.m. IST, to September 28, 2025, 5:00 p.m. IST, with an additional e-voting facility provided during the virtual AGM itself.

The company affirmed compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other relevant circulars and provisions. The annual report for fiscal year 2024-25, including audited financial statements, was distributed electronically to registered members and via web-link to others. The independent auditor's report on the financial statements was noted as unqualified.

Queries from registered speakers were addressed by Gnanesh Gala, managing director. The AGM concluded at 4:43 p.m. IST, and the e-voting facility was subsequently disabled at 4:58 p.m. IST. Voting results are expected to be scrutinized and released within two working days on the company's website and to the BSE and NSE.
