Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders declares final dividend for FY 2024-25

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd. announced a final dividend of ₹2.71 per equity share of ₹5/- each, representing a 54.2% payout for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. This declaration was made at the company's 92nd annual general meeting (AGM) held on September 26, 2025, following a previous communication dated May 29, 2025.

The payment of this final dividend will be completed for all eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of the AGM. The announcement was communicated to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
