Jaiprakash Associates closes trading window ahead of Q2 financial results

Jaiprakash Associates Limited announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from October 1, 2025. This closure is in anticipation of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2025. The decision aligns with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and subsequent amendments.

The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the company publicly announces the financial results. During this period, directors, key managerial personnel, employees, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares or securities.

The company will issue a separate notification regarding the re-opening date of the trading window. This will occur once the date for the review and recording of the financial results by the resolution professional is officially announced. The notification was signed by Som Nath Grover, vice president & company secretary, on September 29, 2025.
