IZMO closes insider trading window ahead of Q2 and half-year results

Effective Wednesday, October 1, 2025, IZMO's trading window will be closed for all insiders, including directors and designated persons, as well as their immediate relatives. This closure aligns with the company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading and SEBI regulations, preventing any transactions in the company's securities during this period. The decision precedes the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025.

The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the company officially disseminates its unaudited financial results to the stock exchanges. IZMO has stated that the specific date for the board meeting to declare these financial results will be communicated separately. Insiders are explicitly warned against any trading activity during this restricted period to ensure compliance with the Izmo insider code.
