Infibeam Avenues holds 15th AGM, key resolutions passed

Infibeam Avenues Limited (BSE:INFIBEAM) held its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 29, 2025, via video conferencing and other audio-visual means. The meeting commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 11:15 a.m., with all businesses outlined in the AGM notice duly transacted.

Key resolutions passed included the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ajit Champaklal Mehta as a director, and the appointment of secretarial auditors.

Further resolutions involved increasing the company's authorised share capital, altering the capital clause of the memorandum of association, and approving the sale and transfer of the Platform Business Undertaking through slump sale. Shareholders also sanctioned a material related party transaction with Rediff.com India Limited. Remote e-voting was available from September 25, 2025, to September 28, 2025. The voting results will be submitted separately as per Regulation 44 of the listing regulations.
