Imagicaaworld entertainment concludes 16th AGM, approves key resolutions

Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited held its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 29, 2025, via Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means. All resolutions presented at the AGM were passed with the requisite majority, reflecting shareholder approval on crucial company matters.

Key resolutions approved included the adoption of the company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. This encompassed both Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Manish Malpani as a director and the appointment of M/s. Parikh & Associates as secretarial auditors for the company.

Furthermore, the acquisition of Malpani Parks Ahmedabad Private Limited from Malpani Parks Private Limited, categorized as a Material Related Party Transaction, received shareholder approval. Jai Malpani, managing director, chaired the meeting, as Rajesh Malpani, chairman, was unable to attend.
