Gujarat Fluorochemicals appoints new director, secretarial auditors

Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited announced the appointment of Sunil Kumar Singh Chauhan as director and whole-time director, effective August 5, 2025, for a period of one year. This decision was approved by shareholders at the 7th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2025. Chauhan brings over 29 years of diverse experience in manufacturing operations, operational excellence, safety, quality assurance, process technology, and project management from organizations like FertiGlobe (ADNOC) and Reliance Industries.

Concurrently, shareholders also approved the appointment of M/s TNT & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the secretarial auditors for a five-year term, from Financial Year 2025-26 to Financial Year 2029-30. M/s TNT & Associates, a firm converted into a partnership, is led by founder promoter Niraj Trivedi and offers multidisciplinary services to various clients.

The company confirmed that Chauhan is not related to any other directors and has not been debarred from holding a directorship by any SEBI order or other authority. Both appointments comply with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024.
