Cera Sanitaryware divests full stakes in two subsidiary LLPs

Cera Sanitaryware Limited has completed the divestment of its entire stake in Race Polymer Arts LLP and Packcart Packaging LLP. For Race Polymer Arts LLP, the company retired as a partner, with Shreeyam Ceramics LLP continuing the business. The consideration for this sale was INR 16.50 crores. Race Polymer Arts LLP contributed 2.27% to Cera Sanitaryware's consolidated turnover and 1.98% to its net worth in the last financial year.

Similarly, Cera Sanitaryware ceased to be a partner in Packcart Packaging LLP, with Mr. Paresh Patel and Mr. Parixit Patel taking over. The consideration for this divestment totaled INR 2.51 crores. Packcart Packaging LLP accounted for 0.67% of Cera Sanitaryware's consolidated turnover and 0.21% of its net worth during the previous financial year. Both transactions were executed on September 29, 2025.
