ACC appoints Shobhit Dwivedi as internal auditor, effective October 2025

ACC Limited announced the appointment of Shobhit Dwivedi as the company's new internal auditor, effective October 1, 2025. This decision, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, was approved by the board of directors at a meeting held on September 29, 2025. Dwivedi will replace Mithlesh Satija, who will cease to be the internal auditor due to superannuation on September 30, 2025.

Dwivedi currently holds the position of sector head and vice president in the Risk and Audit function of the Adani Group. He also serves as the chief audit executive for various Adani businesses, including Energy (T&D), Media, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, and Aviation. With over 19 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, Dwivedi brings a strong background from working with Big 4 firms and across diverse industries such as utility infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, and BFSI.

His qualifications include C.A., Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS), Certified Information System Auditor (ICASA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), NCFM, M. Com, and Lead Auditor ISO 14001 & 45001. The board meeting commenced at 05:40 p.m. and concluded at 06:10 p.m. on September 29, 2025.
