360 ONE WAM finalizes business transfer agreements

360 ONE WAM Limited announced the consummation of Business Transfer Agreements (BTAs) on September 29, 2025. These agreements were initially intimated on April 22, 2025, and involved two parties.

The first party included 360 ONE Distribution Services Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of 360 ONE WAM, alongside Credit Suisse Securities (India) Pvt. Ltd. and UBS AG. The second party was 360 ONE Portfolio Managers Ltd., another wholly-owned subsidiary, also with Credit Suisse Securities (India) Pvt. Ltd. and UBS AG.

The completion follows the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals and the fulfillment of all conditions outlined in the respective BTAs. company secretary Rohit Bhase confirmed the update.
