Shree Cement board to consider interim dividend, half-year results

Shree Cement Limited's board of directors will meet on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, to consider and approve un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025. Additionally, the board will discuss the declaration of an interim dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2025-26.

Following this, the record date for determining the entitlement of an interim dividend, if declared, has been set for Monday, November 3, 2025. This aligns with Regulation 42(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.

The trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed from October 1, 2025, until 48 hours after the financial results are announced, specifically up to October 30, 2025, inclusive of both days.
