Jaykay Enterprises subsidiary bags new order from Bharat Dynamics

Jaykay Enterprises announced on September 28, 2025, that its step-down subsidiary, Allen Reinforced Plastics Limited, has received a definitive order from Bharat Dynamics Limited. This order, valued at approximately Rs. 9.16 crores (including GST), follows an initial communication regarding a larger contract and a previous order for launcher tubes.

This latest order from Bharat Dynamics Limited is for the manufacturing of packing boxes. Allen Reinforced Plastics Limited continues to expand its contracts within the defense sector, reinforcing its operational pipeline.

The company stated that the order is a domestic transaction and does not involve any interest from promoter, promoter group, or group companies, nor does it fall under related party transactions. The terms and conditions for execution are as specified in the order.
