Zen Technologies: Promoter reclassified to public shareholder

Zen Technologies Limited received no-objection letters from both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited for the reclassification of Ravi Kumar Midathala from the 'Promoter' category to the 'Public' category shareholder. The approvals were granted on September 26, 2025, in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The reclassification follows requests initiated on July 24, 2025, by Midathala, which were subsequently approved by the company’s board of directors on July 26, 2025. Zen Technologies formally submitted its application to the stock exchanges on July 30, 2025.

This development signifies a shift in the company’s shareholding composition, aligning with regulatory requirements for public category shareholders.
