Waterbase closes trading window ahead of financial results

The Waterbase Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective October 1, 2025. This closure is in accordance with the company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading and precedes the proposed publication of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025.

The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the said financial results are officially declared to the stock exchange. This measure aims to prevent insider trading ahead of the significant financial disclosures. The announcement was made on September 26, 2025, by R Sureshkumar, company secretary & compliance officer of The Waterbase Limited.
