Waa Solar independent director resigns due to pre-occupation

Waa Solar Limited informed BSE Limited today, September 26, 2025, about the resignation of Kamal Lalani from his position as an independent director. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on September 26, 2025, citing pre-occupation as the reason. The company acknowledged Lalani's contributions and guidance during his tenure.

As a consequence of his resignation, Lalani will also cease to be the chairperson or member of the audit committee, nomination and remuneration committee, and stakeholders relationship committee of Waa Solar Limited. The company confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation apart from those stated.
