Viney Corporation pares stake in Uravi Defence and Technology

Viney Corporation Limited has disclosed the sale of 2,99,469 shares in Uravi Defence and Technology Ltd. on September 24, 2025. This transaction, conducted via the open market, altered Viney Corporation's total voting capital in Uravi Defence and Technology.

Prior to the sale, Viney Corporation held 27,43,200 shares, representing 24.15% of the total share/voting capital and 21.95% of the total diluted share/voting capital.
