SRF gets nod to reclassify promoter group entity to public

SRF Limited announced today that it has received No-Objection Certificates (NOCs) from the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) for the reclassification of SMK Wellness Private Limited. This reclassification will move SMK Wellness Private Limited from the "Promoter Group" category to the "Public" category of shareholders.

The approvals, dated September 26, 2025, from both exchanges, relate to an application filed on July 28, 2025. This action is in accordance with Regulation 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company is now required to ensure compliance with subsequent disclosures of material events related to this reclassification, as stipulated by Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
