Sky Gold appoints new CFO, managing director to focus on strategic role

Sky Gold & Diamonds Limited announced the appointment of Siddharth Sipani as its new chief financial officer, effective September 27, 2025. This decision followed recommendations from both the nomination and remuneration committee and the audit committee. Sipani brings over 20 years of experience in finance, accounts, compliance, treasury, and strategic business management, having previously served as group CFO at Gold Star Jewellery and as an ex-Big 4 professional.

Concurrently, Mangesh Ramesh Chauhan resigned from his CFO position, also effective September 27, 2025. His resignation aims to better align his focus with his strategic and operational responsibilities as the managing director of the company. Chauhan will continue in his role as managing director, overseeing the company's growing operations and evolving business requirements.
