Orbit Exports: Raveena Modi's tenure concludes as independent director

Mr. Pardeep Anantram Khosla has completed his second term as an independent director of Orbit Exports Ltd., effective September 27, 2025. This cessation is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
