Megasoft's 25th AGM held virtually, focuses on growth and merger

Megasoft Limited announced the proceedings of its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, via video conferencing. The meeting complied with regulatory circulars. Key attendees included sunil kumar kalidindi, executive director & chief executive, shridhar thathachary, chief financial officer, and thakur vishal singh, company secretary.

The chairman, sunil kumar kalidindi, highlighted the company's expansion into the aerospace & defense sector and its strategy for inorganic growth. He also informed members that the company received necessary approvals from BSE & NSE/SEBI for the merger with Sigma Advanced Systems Private Limited, with NCLT approval still pending.

The AGM addressed several key agenda items, including the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and the re-appointment of sunil kumar kalidindi. Additionally, the appointment of a branch auditor and M/s. M. Damodaran & Associates as secretarial auditors for a five-year term (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30) were approved.
