Medico Remedies promoters divest 1 million shares

Harshit Haresh Mehta, a promoter of Medico Remedies Limited, disclosed the sale of 500,000 equity shares between September 24 and September 25, 2025. This transaction reduced his holding from 10.99% of total voting capital to 10.35%. The sale was conducted via the open market.

Concurrently, Shweta Harshit Mehta, also a member of the promoter group, sold 500,000 equity shares during the same period and through the open market. Her stake decreased from 6.49% of total voting capital to 5.85%. Both disclosures were made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011.

The total voting capital of Medico Remedies before and after these sales remained 82,984,000 equity shares, aggregating to Rs. 165,968,000. The Persons Acting in Concert (PAC) for both individuals include Rita Haresh Mehta, Rishit Haresh Mehta, Harshit Haresh Mehta HUF, and Priyal Rishit Mehta.
