Ksolves India concludes 11th annual general meeting, addresses key appointments

Ksolves India Limited conducted its 11th annual general meeting on Saturday, September 27, 2025, via video conferencing. The meeting covered the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, along with the reports from the board of directors and auditors. Additionally, Deepali Verma was appointed as a director liable to retire by rotation.

The AGM also addressed several special business items, including the appointment of secretarial auditors and the re-appointment of Varsha Choudhry and Varun Sharma as independent directors. An amendment to the Ksolves Employee Stock Option Scheme-II (KSOS-II) for the extension of its exercise period was also approved.

Voting results, overseen by scrutinizer Vivek Sharma from MSV & Associates, Company Secretaries, Jaipur, are scheduled to be submitted to the stock exchanges and published on the company's website by Monday, September 29, 2025.
