Hinduja Global Solutions independent director finishes tenure

Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS) announced that Anil Harish, an independent director, will complete his second five-year term on September 28, 2025. Consequently, Harish will cease to be a director and a member of the company's board committees on the same date.

The board of directors and the management of Hinduja Global Solutions expressed their appreciation for Harish's extensive contributions during his tenure. This intimation was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The announcement confirmed that Harish's cessation is due to the completion of his term as an independent director. No other relationships with directors, key managerial personnel, or senior management personnel were noted as applicable.
