Hi5 Youth Foundation receives Mastek shares as gift from promoter

Hi5 Youth Foundation announced the acquisition of 500,000 equity shares, representing 1.62% of Mastek Limited, on September 19, 2025. The shares were acquired by way of gift from Mr. Sundar Radhakrishnan, a promoter of Mastek Limited, without any monetary consideration. This transfer did not alter the overall shareholding of the 'Promoter & Promoter Group'.

The acquisition was made under an exemption from SEBI regulations. A prescribed fee of INR 177,000 was remitted to SEBI via online bank transfer.

Following the acquisition, Hi5 Youth Foundation now holds 1.62% of Mastek Limited's total share capital, while Mr. Sundar Radhakrishnan's stake has reduced from 4.22% to 2.60%. The total promoter and promoter group shareholding remains at 35.79%.
