Dynacons Systems announces director, auditor changes

Dynacons Systems & Solutions' board of directors, at its meeting on September 27, 2025, approved several key appointments and cessations. Falguni H. Shah was appointed as an additional director, designated as an independent director, effective September 27, 2025, for a period of five years. She will also join various committees, including audit, and will chair the stakeholders relationship & grievance committee from October 01, 2025.

In parallel, Archana Phadke ceased to be an independent non-executive director effective September 30, 2025, upon completion of her second term. The board also addressed changes in its cost auditors; Sarvottam Rege & Associates resigned as cost auditors for the financial year 2024-2025 due to other professional commitments.

Following this, Rajaram Madhav Walavalkar & Co. was appointed as the new cost auditor for the financial years 2024-2025 and 2025-2026. These changes are subject to the approval of members via postal ballot, with the e-voting period scheduled from October 08, 2025, to November 06, 2025.
