Colab Platforms holds 36th AGM, approves financials and dividends

Colab Platforms Limited conducted its 36th annual general meeting (AGM) on Saturday, September 27, 2025, via video conference and other audio-visual means. The meeting, which commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 11:12 AM, saw the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. Mukesh Jadhav chaired the proceedings, with 43 members forming the quorum from a total of 34,809 eligible members as of the September 20, 2024, cut-off date.

Shareholders confirmed a first interim dividend of Re. 0.01/- per equity share (face value of Rs. 02/-) for FY 2025-26, and a second interim dividend of Re. 0.01/- per equity share (face value of Re. 01/-) for FY 2025-26. Additionally, Amardeep Singh was re-appointed as a director, retiring by rotation.

The AGM also approved the appointment of M/s. Megha Khandelwal & Associates as the secretarial auditor for the company. The meeting complied with regulations from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. Voting results, including remote e-voting and post-AGM e-voting, will be disseminated to BSE Limited and the company website.
